23 May 1759 The Lands of Cample, Wilson's Mailing and Dressetland, The Know, The Miln of Closeburn and Creechope, Brattlemore's Lands and Langhills, Shieldgreen and Sandholme, The Lands of Lane, The Townfoot of Auchenleck, Throughgate and Townfoot, The Townhead of Auchenleck, The Forty Shillingland of Branmuir and Gilkersland, stood valued in cumulo at 3540 merks, and by decree of the Commissioners of this date they were divided as under :
Upon the Lands of Townhead of Auchenleck and Pendicles, Townfoot of Auchenleck and Lane, Sandrum, alias Sandholm, and Cample 767.3.4
Upon the Lands of Gilkersland, including Shieldgreen, Upper and Nether Riggs, Burbrugh-head, alias Burbrugh and Barnhills, Auchencairne, Pothouse, Park and Crolechappel, 1010.10.0
And upon the remaining part of the Lands valued in cumulo, as aforesaid, viz. Linburn, Dollard, Dressetland, Waulkmiln, Barnmuir, Kellockstoune, and Limekills, Marjoryhill, Whitespots, Cairn, Hole, and Burbrughfoot, Nether Miln, Upper Miln, Dalbeth-holme, Dinning, and Gateside, Mosshead and Drumbreck, and the Inclosures on the west side of Drumbreck Lake, the east Inclosure of Lochbogue and Mains of Closeburn, and parts of others Farms laid in, therewith 1762.0.0

30 Aug 1774 The Lands of Newton, and Kirkland of Dalgarno, in this parish, were valued in cumulo with the Lands that pertained to Sir Robert Dalzell of Glenae, in the parish of Kirkmichael, but having long belonged to the family of Closeburn, they paid the Land-tax, per se, conform to 750 merks, and this sum was deduced from the cumulo of Glenae by the Collectors of the Land-tax, past memory of man; and by decree of the Commissioners of this date, the same was disjoined from the cumulo of Glenae, [continued]
and the proportion falling on these Lands declared to be as under :

14 May 1790 The Estate of Closeburn, now belonging to Charles Grenville Stuart Menteath, of Closeburn, including the Lands of Cairn, stood valued in cumulo at 3540.0.0
And, by decree of the Commissioners of this date, the valuation of Cairn, disponed to Collieston, was disjoined from the said comulo, and appointed to be rated, per se, at 142.0.0
Thereby reducing Mr Menteath's cumulo valuation to 3398.0.0
30 April 1827 By decree of this date, the Commissioners disjoined the valuation of Glenmaid from the Duke of Queensberry's cumulo valuation in the Presbytery of Penpont, and appointed the same to be rated, per se, in this parish, where Glenmaid had immemorially paid assessments, conform to a valuation of 185.0.0

27 Dec 1798 The Lands of Dinninghill were, by decree of the Commissioners of this date, disjoined from the Marquis of Annandale's cumulo valuation, in which they had formerly been included, and appointed to be here rated, per se, at 17.6.8
30 April 1803 The Mains of Kelhead and Muirhouse, belonging to Sir Charles Douglas, (now the Marquis of Queensberry), stood valued at 1325.0.0

Thus leaving the Marquis of Queensberry in this parish a cumulo valuation of 1861.6.8
5 Oct 1824 The Thirty Shilling Land of Braikenwhat, valuation 100 merks, divided thus:-
