104 This name signifies the "Rock of the large plain", and applies to a hill rising abruptly off the south side of strath fleet, and about one mile westwards of Rogart Railway Station. It is thickly planted with fir, on the property of his Grave the Duke of Sutherland. At the south base of this rock there was found a stone coffin and Bronze spearhead also a Bronze Battle Axe A.D. 1869. Sites of which is marked on plan.
