111 This is the parish church, and is a stone building which is slated and in good repair, Erected in 1790 to accommodate 500 but owing to alterations which have been made recently in the inside, it is now able to accommodate 250 only; it is slated and in good order.
On the East side, in a field adjoining the grave yard, there is a standing stone, on one side of which is rudely carved a cross, which is Said marks the spot where a Danish prince, who fell in battle, is buried
