097 A small stream having its source about one half mile to the South of Ann Boglach it runs in a Southwesterly direction and enters Loch Brora about one half mile South of Sheaneval dwellings, it Signifies the Cake Burn. His Grace the DuKe of Sutherland proprietor.
TWO URNS FOUND HERE A.D. 1871 [Allt nam Bonnach] 097 A short distance to the East of the confluence of this stream with Loch Brora two Urns were found A.D. 1871. and are at present in the museum attached to Dunrobin Castle

097 This name applies to the Site of an old Tower Situated about one and one-half miles South of An Boglach, the only remains now visable is a pile of loose Stone about Twenty four yards in diameter
