010.05 ; 010.08 A Mountain Stream that rises near the northern extremity of Deuchar Hope, and flows in southerly directions between Deuchar Hill and Whitehope Rig, and intersects the road from Selkirk to Yarrow a little to the east of Yarrow Church and falls into Yarrow Water at the Ruins of the Old Bridge, the banks of this stream are in many places very precipitous and deep Scars have been formed by the actions of the current during floods.

010.08 A wide valley between Deuchar and Welldean Hills, about 3/4 of a mile north from the Yarrow Water, and stretching in direction of Minchmoor.
It is included in the lands of Whitehope Farm, and is covered with good Mountain Pasture.
