And north of "Millmount" It is Said that the original Course of the Tweed was South of these houses, And the land north of that Course. was a portion of the lands of Gattonside, And after the "Tweed" tooK its present Course, this place Still retained the name.
It is the property of James Curle Esqr If this were the ancient Course it Cannot now be traced. See description of Gatton Side (a district)
