Thank you. This was the first index page I had done, and I'm still finding my feet and digesting everything else I had read.
Can you also confirm if I've been transcribing the descriptive situation comments correctly, by including them in the descriptive remarks column. I was copying what others before me had done.

Hi, yes thay can either go in the desc or the continued/extras box.
