Transcriber's notes

Some words of Description are partly lost in the tight binding of right margin.
The portion transcribed in Description in "inverted commas" spreads across the page and could be taken as intended for a separate Name "Craiglockhart" but on balance appears intended as additional Description for "Wester Craiglockhart Hill".
