A large three stories high house occupied as a lying in Hospital. the property of Mr Mills Brass founder. This Institution has been Kept from time to time in various parts of the City, It was removed to this house in 1845 It is supported by public subscription. The number of patients provided with medical attendance. during the period of their Confinement for the Year ending 31st December 1850 was 835, 275 of which were received within the Hospital And surported their for Some time. The expenditure for the last year was £345.. 16s.. 4d, (Since this description was written the Institution has been removed to Minto House Argyle Square)
