Also on the Summit of the hill is a Trigl. [Trigonometrical] Station called by Trigl. [Trigonometrical] Party "Dernow". This hill is on a farm which was formerly Called Darnaw (hence the name) but is now blended with Craignell farm. - It is part of an irregular range on the South Side of the BlacK Water of Dee. - |
