The parish of Urquhart and Glenmoriston is in the Presbytery of Abertarff, Synod of Glenelg. It is bounded on the east by Loch Ness which separates it from the parishes of Dores, and Boleskine and Abertarff; on the south by the parishes of Boleskine and Abertarff, and Kilmonivaig; on the west by the parish of Glenshiel in the County of Ross; and on the north by the parish of Kiltarlity and Convinth.
