A small village in which is situated the Parish Church & School. It consists of two detached rows of houses from one to two story's high in good repair & occupied by tradesmen and agricultural labourers: detached a short distance to the west is a large farm house with offices and a farm attached. The property of Sir. R. A. Anstruther of Balcaskie.
