It was built and endowed by a Mortification of 100,000 dollars bequeathed by Alexander Milne, a native of Fochabers. The education is conducted by a Rector, assisted by a Male, a female and pupil teachers. The education afforded qualifies for the University. The tuition, books & Stationery are given gratuitously.
