for the Year Ending 5th April 1795 By Peter Colvile Surveyor

I Peter Colvile Surveyor aforesaid do hereby Certify, That the foregoing Duties amount to the Sum of
One Pound Seven Shillings & Sixpence Sterling and I hereby make Oath. That the foregoing Inhabitant was
duly served with a Requesition of the date foresaid and that He was charged according to his Return to me
