I William Johnstone Surveyor aforesaid do hereby Certify That upon carefull Examination I find the forgoing Duties
amount to the sum of Two hundred and Eighty one Pounds twelve shillings Sterling And that upon the 6th Oct. [October]
1792 I delivered to David Renton Collector of these Duties an exact Duplicate of the Accompt duely examined and
compered which contained my Oath that the preceeding Inhabitants were duely served with Requisitions And that
they were charged according to the answers they made thereto, Or according to my knowledge & belief that they were
