I Patrick Mcdonald Surveyor. Do Certify that upon carefull examination of the forgoing rates
& dutys I find the Amount Twenty eight pounds ten shillings. And have delivered to James Anderson
Collector of said Dutys in the Town of Banff an exact duplicate duly examined & Compared which
Contained my Oath that the several Inhabitants were served with requisitions that the
assesment is made up from the Lists & answers now in my possession..Patrick McDonald Suryr. [Surveyor]
