Perth 7 March 1786 I Laurence Buchan Surveyor aforesaid do hereby certify that upon careful Examination
of the foregoing Several Rates and Duties I find they amount in whole to Ten pound Six Shillings and three
pence Sterg [Sterling] and this day I delivered in to Mr Patrick Miller Colector of the Said duties for the Town aforesaid an
exact Duplicate of the Above Account duly examined and compared with the Foregoing bearing that the returns
were made by the different Masters agreable to the Notes left with them agreable to the dates annexed to their
respective names
