Kirkwall 26th September 1771: The Preceding twenty-four Pages
is an Exact Copy of the Cast Book of the Cess of the Country's part
of Orkney, As it was Ordered by the Commissioners of Supply for a
Rule to the Collector whereby to Collect said Cess Quarterly for the
present Year, all which is attested by us two of the Commissioners.
