I William Laidlaw Assistant Surveyor aforesaid do hereby Certify
that upon careful examination I find the foregoing duties Amount
to the sum of Four pounds nineteen shillings and that upon the
Tenth day of November Current 1791 I delivered to Provost Andrew Johnstone
Collector of the said duties an exact duplicate hereof duly examined
and compared which contained my oath that the preceding persons
were duey Served with Requisitions and that they were charged agree-
-able to their Returns or according to my knowledge and belief that
they were liable in said duties
