I Patrick Mdonald Surveyor do hereby Certify that upon careful examination
of the foregoing Rates And duties on horses I find they Amount in whole
to twenty pounds Sterll. [Sterling] and that upon the twentieth Decmr [December] I transmitted
James Anderson Coll. [Collector] of said duties An exact duplicate of the Above
Acctt [Account] examind and Compard which Containd My Oath that the Several
Inhabitants were Served with Requisitions and the assessments Made up
from the lists and Answers held in my possession
