I John Taitt Surveyor aforesaid hereby Certify that upon
Carefull examination of the above Accounts I find it amount to
the Sum of Forty Pounds Eight Shillings
one penny halfpence Sterling and that I this day delivered
to George Cranston Esq at his Office in Edinburgh an exact
duplicate of the Above Account duly examined and Compared
with the foregoing which Certified that Requisitions were [left]
with the foregoing Inhabitants [and] that they are Charged Conform[ing]
to their Own Returns or on the best Information I could procure
