from 5th. April 1789 to 5th. April 1790 By Alexander Fraser Surveyor
I Alexander Fraser Surveyor aforesaid Do make oath That the amount
of Saddle horse Tax within the Country of Orkney is Ten Shillings and
that I delivered on the fourth February Current an exact copy of the above
to Alexander Fraser Collector of Cess and said dutys for the Country aforesaid
