I William Brunton Surveyor aforsaid Do Hereby
Certify that upon Carefull examination of the foregoing
Several Rates & Duties I find they amount in whole to the
Sum of £2.5.0 Ster [Sterling] & that Upon the 10 March 1786
I sent by post to James McConn Collector of said Duties
for the Burgh aforesaid an exact Duplicate of the
above Acct. [Account] Duly examined & Compared with the foregoing
& I do make Oath that the above is an Just List returned by
the Several Inhabitants when requisitions were made of the
Several Dates aforesaid
