I John Barclay Surveyor Aforsaid, do hereby certify that upon carefull examination of the
foregoing rates & Duties, I find they Amount in whole to One pound, And that upon the first
day of December currt. [current] I deliverd to James Watson residing Baillie of Said Burgh an exact
Duplicate of the Above Acct. [Account] duly examined & compared with the foregoing which containd
my Oath that the preceding Acct. [Account] containd the number of Servants returnd to me & were
kept by the different masters & mistress's According to the best of my knowledge or
