68I William Brunton Surveyor aforesaid do hereby certify that upon
careful examination of the above duty. I find they amount to the sum of
Fifty four pounds Thirteen shillings and that upon the
I delivered to Gideon Herdham collector of said duties for
there aforesaid an exact duplicate of the above duty composed and
contained my Oath the presiding inhabitants were duly served with
requisitions of the forgoing dates desiring them with in fourteen days
to deliver or cause to be delivered to me upon calling for that their person
an Attested list of all the Dogs used and employed by them from the
5 of April 1798 to the 5 of April 1798 From the best information I could
procured of from my personal knowledge of their Respective Establishments.
