20I Andrew Aitchison Surveyor aforesaid Do hereby certify that upon caref [careful]
examination of the foregoing several rates and duties find they amount
in whole to the sume of One hundred and Nineteen pounds and four sh [shillings]
Sterling and that on this day I delivered to Archibald Hamilton Esq Co[llector]
of there duties an exact duplicate of this account duly examined &
compared which contained my Oath that the foregoing Inhabitants
served with requisitions and that they were charged according to the [-]
as to the best of my knowledge and belief that they were liable in duties
