135I James Allan Surveyor aforesaid do hereby Certify That upon carefull Examination
of the foregoing several Rates & Dutys I find they Amount to Fourty Three pounds Thirteen
Shillings Stg [Sterling] and that upon the 27th Jan [January] I delivered to Mr Thomas Wingate Collector of
said duties an exact duplicate of this Acct [Account] duly examined & compared with the foregoing
which contained my Oath that Requisitions were delivered to the aforesaid Inhabitants &
returns made by them or charged to the best of my knowledge & belief that they are
liable to the said duties as set against their several Names
