Proof 3 Carts at £0.2.0 p [per] is £0.6.0
I William Johnstone Surveyor aforesaid do hereby Certify that upon carefull Examination
I find the foregoing duties amount to the sum of Six shillings Ster. [Sterling] and that upon the
19 Novemr. [November] 1790 I delivered to Mr. Kirk Collector of said duties an exact duplicate of
this Acct. [Account] which contained my Oath that the foregoing Inhabitants were duely served
with requisitions and that they were charged according to their several returns, or my knowledge
& belief that they were liable in said duties.
