Handsome free-standing sculpture in white marble, stone, riven slate and exposed aggregate panels. (Former burgh) chamber cantilevered out on piloti beneath a pavilion roof, the town¿s shield proudly displayed on the slate-clad gable. Good extension, 1987, completing the ensemble in crisp blockwork, tall round-headed corner window, similar window facing into the court. Mounded soft landscaping completes.
