Title page: 'A Book containing plans of the estate of Langton. The property of Miss Gavin.' Sheet with engraving of the Gavin coat of arms applied.
Index and abstract of contents giving titles of plans, names and characterstics of the enclosures, and acreages. (Mary Turner Gavin married John Campbell, 4th Earl of Breadalbane, in 1793.)
